OneGrand is a Manchester studio for websites, software and IT. Since 2019 we have built fixed-price websites and systems for businesses that want something seriously good without the agency theatre. One price. One team. One finished thing you own.

The price on the website is the price on the invoice. No day rates, no scope creep, no surprise line items in week six.

We take on a handful of projects a month so every one gets a senior designer, a senior developer and proper attention.

Domain, hosting, code, content. All in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, you can, with everything.

The story so far

Seven years, one idea.

Published prices, senior people on every project, and a standard most agencies reserve for their biggest clients.

  1. 2019

    Founded

    One laptop, one kitchen table in Manchester and a theory that every business deserved better than templates and vague quotes.

  2. 2020

    First 10 sites

    Every one on a fixed price. The theory held, and so did the margins. Just about.

  3. 2022

    Software and IT

    Clients kept asking for more than websites. We started building bespoke systems and looking after their servers and IT.

  4. 2024

    100th site

    A bakery in Didsbury. They sold out of sourdough the Saturday after launch. We take partial credit.

  5. 2026

    140+ sites and a new studio

    A proper space in the Northern Quarter, a kettle that works and the same people answering the phone.

Why fixed price

Because a quote should be a number, not a range.

Agencies price by the hour because it protects them, not you. We price by the outcome. You know the cost, the timeline and the people before a single pixel moves, and if we underestimate, that is our problem to solve.
